About Jessica
My name is Jessica Low and I’m an owner of EXIT Realty Home & Ranch. We have offices in Durango and Pagosa Springs, CO as well as in Farmington, NM. I am also the Managing Broker for our Colorado offices. Our brokers serve sellers and buyers in all Southwest Colorado and Northern New Mexico.
I was raised in Southwest Colorado, in the picturesque town of Pagosa Springs. As far back as I can remember, real estate has been ingrained in my life, since helping my mother sit open houses at nine years old. With this sentiment, to say that real estate is my passion is an understatement. I graduated with 3 degrees in Marketing, Management, and Administration, with a minor in Economics from Fort Lewis College, before spending 3 years in a sales and marketing position for a local credit card processing company.
In 2015, I made an ambitious decision to open a brokerage under the EXIT Realty franchise in the beautiful town of Durango. Education for our brokers and clients has always been our focus. We also pride ourselves on the fact that we always provide state-of-the-art tools and technology, are backed by an international brand, have a strong culture, and offer our brokers a financial package that cannot be matched by anyone else in the industry.
Since the opening of our 1st office, we have grown to 47 brokers that serve everywhere from Alamosa to Silverton and Farmington to Taos. In this expansion, we have opened office locations in Durango, Pagosa Springs, and Farmington.
My position consists of managing, training, and overseeing our licensees in all aspects of building their businesses, as well as expanding their knowledge through contract reviews, guiding them through the transaction process and reviewing closed files for compliance with both legal and procedural requirements.
In my free time, you can find me traveling the world with my husband and friends, or enjoying the outdoors with our dog and EXIT Realty Home & Ranch mascot, Daisy Mae.
